How Strategic Plan Facilitation Worx

1. Book a Date
Complete the application form below so we can determine if Strategic Plan facilitation is right for your business. Once approved, you’ll receive an invoice and we'll book a time for your facilitation that works with our calendars.

2. Design Meeting
This meeting will happen 2 to 4 weeks before your scheduled strategic planning day. The purpose of this meeting is to determine the focus of your next 90-days (business, organizational effectiveness, professional growth, self/family etc).

3. Strategic Plan VIP Day
Each Strategic VIP Day will include 6-hours of facilitation for a 90-day plan and 12-hours of facilitation for a 1 or more year plan focused on brainstorming, coaching, envisioning, prioritizing, and planning around your personal and business strategic goals.

4. Written Plan and Follow-Up
After your Strategic Plan VIP Day, you’ll receive your custom 90-Day strategic plan within 3 business days, along with your own customized Trello Board. In addition, I will provide an additional 90 min check-in call during the first month of your plan.

6-h of facilitation (for one quarter plan) or 12-h of facilitation (for 1 or more years plan)

Quarterly Check-In Calls for the first or each quarter, depending on the length of plan you select.
